Parklands Surgery has teamed up with Chichester Jobcentre Plus to offer a new tailored support service for patients who may be concerned about how their health is affecting their employment. This service is free and confidential, and we will be holding monthly clinics at the surgery. Please see the attached leaflet for more information and details on how to register.
